If you feel fulfilled receiving daily smiles and performing work that transforms lives, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** Support customer service at Group units by performing low-complexity sample collections and assisting with exams; Contribute to administrative processes within the department by completing client forms and registrations. Ensure service excellence by adhering to established standards and procedures; Support other departmental activities by assisting with high-complexity collections and emergency care; Contribute to health promotion initiatives by supporting dissemination of best practices and overseeing training and guidance for employees and clients. **We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:** Nursing Technician qualification and active COREN registration Experience in biological sample collection is desirable **Schedule:** 06:30\-12:45 and 12:45\-19:00, Monday through Saturday; Sundays and holidays on rotating schedule **Location:** Centro and Mercês Before applying, please ensure you meet the requirements and align with our purpose.
