Job Summary: The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of packaging line equipment at Leiturinha, contributing to subscribers' experience. Key Highlights: 1. Your work will be essential to delivering the best experience to our subscribers, managing the production line for the kits delivered to families each month. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate packaging line equipment in accordance with the production plan; * Perform autonomous maintenance routines (cleaning, inspection, and lubrication); * Change products and formats according to production sequencing; * Monitor operating conditions and perform necessary adjustments; * Handle and replenish materials and supplies for the line; * Manage work-in-process (WIP) inventory and requisition materials when needed; * Actively participate in Daily Management (GDD), tracking KPIs and proposing corrective actions; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. **Requirements** * Experience as a Machine Operator (knowledge of packaging machines — Flowpack — is a plus); * Experience with autonomous maintenance systems (TPM, WCM, or lean manufacturing); * Knowledge of Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication (CIL) processes; * Knowledge of equipment anomaly identification, mapping, and resolution; * Familiarity with problem analysis and resolution tools (Kaizen, A3, LPP, ECRS) is desirable; * Basic knowledge of Excel and computer skills; * Understanding of critical process parameter monitoring and control routines; * Completed high school education **Benefits** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: BRL 924/month * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Remote Work Allowance * Childcare Allowance * School Supplies Allowance * Wellhub * Life Insurance * Leiturinha Subscription **The Sandbox Group provides equal opportunities.
