As an Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as the central point between customer needs and our solutions, directly driving lead conversion and maintaining our customer portfolio. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer support via telephone, WhatsApp, email, and video conference. * Manage the sales pipeline within the CRM system. * Identify customer pain points and present customized value propositions. * Negotiate commercial terms, deadlines, and contract closing. * Conduct follow-up on submitted quotations. * Collaborate with the Pre-sales (SDR) team to optimize conversion. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion ability, and organizational skills. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * **Profile:** Proactivity, resilience in handling objections, and focus on achieving targets. * **Preferred Qualification:** Knowledge of sales techniques.
