And our job openings are for everyone who feels that restless desire to belong and join a unique, confident, and strong team proud to say: \#somoshelpers! **Responsibilities and duties:** * Responsible for Human Resources department activities, including recruitment and selection, training and development, personnel administration, and organizational climate. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company internal policies. * Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits processes. * Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, among others). * Develop and implement talent retention strategies and organizational climate improvement initiatives. * Support leadership in team management and conflict resolution. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR, with leadership roles. * Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel department routines. * People management and team leadership skills. * Strong communication and analytical abilities. ***Additional information: Compensation*** Fixed salary ***Benefits:*** \- Health insurance after 90 days; \- Dental insurance; \- Meal allowance; \- Transportation allowance; \- Gympass partnership; ***Work schedule for Sales Consultant (in-person position):*** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM *And finally, most importantly, we believe in our employees' protagonism—after all, it’s not just about methodologies, agility, and digitalization.
