We seek an E-commerce Supervisor to develop sales strategies and drive results in alignment with marketing and product/portfolio management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and implement site features and configurations based on industry best practices and internal testing, ensuring optimized navigation, efficient conversion, and enhanced customer experience. * Develop sales campaigns jointly with the marketing team, aligning promotional strategies, audience segmentation, and execution of actions that increase brand visibility and consumer engagement. * Prepare reports and actively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, gross margin, sales volume, and inventory levels, to support strategic decision-making and identify optimization opportunities. * Maintain alignment between the e-commerce channel and product, pricing, and inside sales departments, adjusting offerings and pricing according to market dynamics, seasonality, and consumer demand. * Identify and propose opportunities for new products by analyzing trends, consumer behavior, and market performance to expand the portfolio and enhance e-commerce competitiveness. * Forecast required inventory levels for sold products, evaluating demand, sales flow, and seasonality to prevent stockouts or overstock and ensure efficient operations. * Guide the performance team (inbound marketing, paid media, e-commerce, and design) toward achieving established revenue targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in D2C e-commerce sales. * Productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. * Excel/Google Sheets. * Advanced knowledge of e-commerce and general sales. * Knowledge of digital marketing, especially paid media, SEO, and CRM.
