Keep the website updated with new products, promotions, and necessary changes. Respond to and clarify customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email, providing prompt and effective service. Track orders and perform follow-up with customers when required. Contribute to the continuous improvement of online sales processes. ***Desired Qualifications:*** Completed high school education; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in e-commerce or related fields is a plus.
