Job Summary: Professional responsible for customer service, prospecting, and support for cooperative members and customers, contributing to goal achievement and promoting products and services. Participating in training sessions and identifying sales opportunities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Provide service to cooperative members, customers, and users and deliver telephone support. * Prospect new cooperative members. * Contribute to achieving established goals and results. * Assist in preparing commercial proposals for products and services offered to customers. * Provide information about products and services, helping customers select the best option. * Support customers with access and usage of electronic channels. * Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge of offered products and services. * Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products that meet customers' needs. * Assist the manager * Perform cashier operations * Availability for occasional travel **Requirements:*** Completed high school education or a degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Sales skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Experience in customer service or related areas. * Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. * Proactivity and empathy in customer interactions. * Teamwork orientation and willingness to learn.
