This position is intended for dynamic individuals with strong communication skills and interest in prospecting, client relationship management, and strategic support to the legal department. If you have **commercial experience**, articulate well, and seek a dynamic work environment, this opportunity is for you. **Information**: * Employment Type: CLT \- On-site * Fixed Salary: R$2000.00 * Commission per closed contracts * Benefits: Meal allowance, transportation allowance, and 50% health insurance coverage * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 6:30 PM * Location: Rua Mário Mutti, 264, Fátima, Caxias do Sul\-RS, ZIP Code: 95043\-410 **Responsibilities**: * Provide prompt, humane, courteous, and efficient service to leads and clients; * Be responsible for collecting contract signatures and requesting/verifying/filing required documents; * Filter commercial opportunities by qualifying leads and forwarding complete information to the contract closing team; * Maintain control spreadsheets and reports related to client service, contracts, and operational processes; * Support the closing of simple agreements, adhering to established workflows; * Validate data, documents, and evidence submitted by clients to ensure correct submission; * Use management systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools to maintain up-to-date records. **Requirements and Qualifications**: * Completed high school education (college degree in progress or completed is preferred). * Organizational skills, productivity, and ability to handle tasks promptly. * Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and interpersonal relationship skills. * Easy access to the office. **Desirable**: * Experience in Commercial Management, Administration, Marketing, CRM, Law, or related fields; * Telemarketing experience is a plus, as is familiarity with technological tools; * Legal knowledge is a plus.
