The Collections Agent is responsible for contacting, collecting, and negotiating debts with delinquent customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and/or electronic messages. Their main objective is to promote debt repayment, resolve outstanding issues, and clarify customer questions, while maintaining a positive customer relationship and providing humane, efficient service. **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct debt collection via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels; Formalize agreements and record all negotiations in the internal system; Send payment slips, statements, and other related documents; Clarify questions regarding amounts, due dates, and payment terms; Provide both inbound and outbound customer service, aiming to resolve customer requests; Monitor and track agreed-upon payments until full settlement; Perform other related duties within the scope of the role. **Requirements:** High school diploma (mandatory); Technical or higher education in progress in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable.
