Registration of service requests Job Description: **About the position:** We are seeking professionals to provide **inbound telephone support**, assisting customers of a major essential services concessionaire. The professional will be responsible for providing information, registering service requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide inbound telephone support; * Clarify questions regarding bills, outstanding balances, and deadlines; * Issue duplicate invoices; * Register service requests (e.g., opening service tickets, reviews, calls/religions, among others); * Update customer registration data in the system; * Meet quality and productivity targets; * Ensure courteous, empathetic, and efficient service. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills; * Ability to interact effectively with the public; * Prior experience in customer service or call centers is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Empathy and patience; * Organization; * Agility; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Problem-solving focus.
