Job Summary: As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for customer service, active prospecting, order follow-up, and sales team support, working collaboratively and dynamically. Opportunity for career development and promotion to Sales Representative As a **Sales Assistant**, your responsibilities will include: * Providing in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. * Making proactive outbound calls for prospecting and quotation follow-up. * Monitoring order status and providing feedback to customers. * Supporting sales representatives in preparing and sending quotations. * Updating the system with records of customer interactions. * Conducting internal research to understand products and their applications. * Participating in technical and commercial training sessions organized by the company. * Assisting with after-sales service and customer satisfaction tracking. * Collaborating closely with the store and warehouse teams. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Requirements** * Completed High School education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work toward goals in a dynamic environment * Experience in customer prospecting / active telemarketing * Familiarity with digital customer service tools (WhatsApp, internal system) * Organization and follow-up control **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Performance-based bonuses * Career development plan, with opportunity to be promoted to Sales Representative after a probationary period.
