




* Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling). * Assist in administering salaries, benefits, and employment contracts. * Guide employees on labor-related questions and company policies. * Support the organization of training programs and performance evaluations. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and data. * Participate in executing employee engagement initiatives. * Support onboarding of new employees and exit interviews. * Timekeeping verification. * Knowledge of payroll processing and CLT labor laws.
