We look forward to learning about your skills and experience and finding the ideal position for you within our company. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Contact inactive corporate (PJ) clients (no purchases in the past 6 months or more) to understand their needs, present the updated product portfolio, and convert them into new sales; * Track the customer journey from Sales Order (SO) issuance through product delivery, coordinating with Accounts Receivable, Support, Trade Marketing, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and process efficiency; * Maintain regular contact with active clients and those undergoing re-engagement, nurturing relationships to identify new opportunities and secure repeat purchases; * Conduct follow-ups with prospects who expressed interest but did not complete the purchase, nurturing leads for future conversions. **Requirements:** * Experience in B2B inside sales, with a focus on telemarketing product sales; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel knowledge (essential for database manipulation using formulas such as VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, text functions, filters, and pivot tables); * Experience tracking the order lifecycle (post-sales) and interfacing with support departments (logistics, finance, registration); * Knowledge of consultative selling techniques and sales funnel management; * Must reside in **Belo Horizonte–MG** or in a nearby region with easy access.
