Ruptiva Inteligente is a company specialized in innovative technological solutions, focusing on transforming data into valuable insights for our clients. **Responsibilities:** A program designed for those who want to start on the right foot: complete two-year technical training, hands-on learning in precision services, and a solid foundation for building a career. Important note (how the program works): During the two-year training period, the apprentice will study full-time at SENAI; therefore, they will not report to the company during this time, but will continue receiving salary, meal allowance, and all benefits provided by the scholarship. Upon successful completion of the training — demonstrated by strong performance, good grades, and approval — the candidate becomes fully eligible for direct hiring by the company, graduating from the program as a permanent employee (no longer as a Young Apprentice). ? Preference: Candidates from the northern region of Joinville and surrounding areas. Previous experience as an Intern, Professional Apprentice, Junior Assistant, or Trainee may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Incomplete high school education.
