Creating and logging technical service requests in the company's software as submitted by customers. Assisting customers, answering questions regarding customers and products, managing products, monitoring product deliveries to customers; organizing preventive maintenance visit routes. **Requirements:** Proficiency with technology, customer service skills, organizational ability, completed high school education, own car or motorcycle for work, valid Brazilian driver's license category B or AB. **We Offer:** Base salary of R$ 2\.300,00 \+ performance-based variable compensation (commission on new client acquisition, product sales \+ machine sales \+ rental agreements) \+ transportation allowance \+ meal allowance of R$ 15.00 per day \+ SESC membership \+ mileage reimbursement of R$ 0.90 (ninety cents) per kilometer. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License Requirements: Categories A, B Personal Vehicle * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Commissions
