Job Summary: Lead the evolution of systems in the Risk and Treasury area, working on development and team supervision with a focus on innovative solutions and agile methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Pursuit of innovative solutions and continuous platform evolution Acting as Tech Lead in the Sustained Automation Squad within the Risk and Treasury (RT) community — Risk and Result Processing. Responsibilities: Conduct scope and requirements gathering for projects in the Risk area; Develop systems adhering to best practices and in compliance with Corporate Architecture standards; Identify new solutions to resolve problems; Collaborate with the team to accelerate deliveries; Participate in and apply agile development methodologies; Lead, develop, and supervise the engineering team. Technologies: .NET Python React SQL AWS Cloud JavaScript Microservices Activities: Lead Product Discovery, Inception, and Grooming for projects; Guide system development following best practices and architecture standards; Drive continuous platform evolution; Define and present solutions; Address business areas’ pain points.
