Do these characteristics resonate with you? \#JoinBrasilTerrenos! **Responsibilities and Duties** Approach leads from various sources—including internal databases, events, cold lead reactivation, social media, inbound, and outbound—using phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to establish initial contact and understand the lead’s context and needs. Schedule meetings and refer leads to the Sales/Commercial team and real estate agents, ensuring appropriate referrals with well-prepared opportunities; monitor attendance and follow-ups for each referral. Maintain organized and up-to-date CRM records, documenting interactions, status, notes, and relevant information for each lead to ensure accurate profiles that convert into business opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience as an SDR, in pre-sales, or commercial customer service. Experience using CRM systems.
