




Description: Provide customer service at the counter and via telephone; Provide information regarding fares, itineraries, routes, and service types; Sell and issue tickets (passages); Receive ticket payments by card and cash, provide change and sales receipts; Perform cash register closing at the end of the shift; Assist in baggage handling procedures (labeling luggage, identifying destinations and passengers); Support boarding and disembarking processes; Promote area organization according to the 5'S Program procedures.
