Job Summary: We are seeking a commercially oriented, proactive, and results-driven professional to serve customers interested in purchasing their own home, supporting them throughout the entire sales process. Monitoring negotiations and targets We are looking for a person with a **commercial profile**, who is proactive and results-oriented, to handle customers interested in acquiring their **own home**, assisting them throughout the entire sales process. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service and prospecting (in-person and digital channels) * Presenting prices, commercial terms, and discounts * Clarifying technical product information * Preparing and submitting registrations * Managing customer portfolio (leads) * Supporting internal and external sales activities * Monitoring negotiations and targets **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in sales or customer service * Strong communication skills and ease in dealing with people * Dynamic profile with a results orientation * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ⏰ **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Sat: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.242,98 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
