An insurance brokerage located in the North Zone of São Paulo seeks a Sales Assistant for immediate start to perform the following duties: * Prospect and screen new leads; * Provide initial customer service via multiple communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and in person); * Collect customer information for insurance quotations (auto, residential, health, commercial, etc.); * Complete and organize customer registration forms; * Generate quotations with insurance companies and compare proposals; * Support preparation and submission of commercial proposals; * Schedule meetings between brokers and customers; * Monitor proposal and negotiation status with customers and insurance companies; * Manage the renewal schedule of active policies, contacting customers to update profiles and ensure continuity. * Organize and maintain up-to-date customer registrations and documents; * Support sales closure (issuance of proposals and data verification); * Assist in post\-sales activities, clarifying inquiries and directing requests; * Update internal systems and sales reports. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
