We believe that a company’s success stems from highly qualified and engaged individuals committed to their personal and professional development, aligned with a greater purpose. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Prepare quotations and create Nortel product codes; Reprocess sales pending items that have been canceled; Analyze discrepancies between sales orders and purchase orders; if discrepancies exist, submit service requests via the customer portal, track the submitted request, and follow up accordingly; Release materials for invoicing upon completion of the service request; Submit pickup requests to logistics carriers; Follow up on orders and provide general support to the sales team. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Intermediate Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas such as SUBTOTAL); Strong numerical aptitude; Completed high school education.
