We are looking for a professional who will provide support and information to enable the sales team to make better-informed decisions, thereby achieving targets and ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Generate and send update files to managers, supervisors, and sales representatives; * Update the visual management board; * Update industry campaigns; * Generate and send the Daily Billing Report (BDF) daily to unit managers and supervisors; * Generate and send the list of sales opportunities from customers with no purchases; * Generate and send the WhatsApp connection report; * Generate and send the daily billing SQL report to managers and supervisors; * Add customers to the sales representatives’ database; * Address business requests from managers and supervisors; * Maintain the visual management board updated with area performance information. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills; * Knowledge of Winthor is desirable. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher; * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Voucher; * Amil Health Insurance; * Amil Dental Insurance; * TotalPass; * Life Insurance by HDI; * EBD Store.
