With a multidisciplinary team, it offers services ranging from branding to digital content production. **Responsibilities:** Will work at a dental clinic performing the following duties: Provide patient reception ensuring welcoming service and high-quality experience. Manage and optimize the appointment schedule to ensure productivity during consultations. Convert evaluations into procedures with focus on commercial results. Strictly follow SOPs and maintain organization of the reception area and environment. Update registrations, record consultations in the CRM, and monitor patient flow at the unit. Previous experience as Hotel Receptionist, Reception Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
