




Description: * Strategically and operationally engage in qualifying and prospecting new accounts for TOTVS Northeast units, ensuring consistent opportunity generation for the sales pipeline. The Prospecting Assistant’s mission is to strengthen commercial presence, identify potential customers, nurture relationships, and directly contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets. Responsibilities and Duties * Actively identify new business opportunities by researching markets, segments, and potential customers; * Keep the CRM updated with contact records, follow-ups, lead progression, and opportunity status; * Analyze customer profiles to better direct the sales pipeline and prioritize strategic accounts; * Support the organization and execution of multichannel prospecting campaigns (phone, WhatsApp, email marketing, professional networks); * Identify decision-making contacts within targeted companies to enhance negotiations; * Actively participate in commercial alignment meetings, providing market behavior insights and feedback from the prospect base.
