About the Position
We are looking for a **Visual Communication Designer** eager to grow and develop professionally within the field of visual communication.
The candidate will be responsible for developing external and internal visual communication projects—from initial concept studies through to final technical drawings.

Responsibilities
* Develop visual communication projects under supervision (façades, totems, lettering, signage)
* Create 3D models for client presentations
* Produce basic technical drawings and detailed construction drawings
* Assist with on-site measurements when required
* Interpret creative briefs and sketch innovative solutions
* Collaborate with estimating and production teams to ensure project feasibility
* Perform revisions and adjustments as directed
* Organize and maintain up-to-date project files
* Learn about materials, manufacturing processes, and technical standards
Mandatory Requirements
* **Minimum 1 year of experience** in technical drawing, project development, or related fields (internships, academic projects, or freelance work accepted)
* **Proficiency in AutoCAD** (basic/intermediate level) \- must be able to produce floor plans, sections, and elevations
* **Basic 3D modeling skills** in SketchUp, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar tools (expertise not required)
* Strong spatial visualization ability
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Genuine eagerness to learn and grow professionally
* Proactivity in identifying and implementing solutions
* Effective communication skills for teamwork
Desirable Qualifications (non-eliminatory, considered advantageous)
* Currently pursuing or completed technical or university education in Engineering, Architecture, Design, Industrial Design, or related disciplines
* Prior experience—even minimal—in visual communication, signage, commercial architecture, or graphic production
* Basic knowledge of materials (ACM, acrylic, metal structures)
* Familiarity with CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator
* Basic understanding of rendering tools (V\-Ray, Lumion, etc.)
* Portfolio of academic or personal projects
* Ability to read architectural drawings
