We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant** to support our operations and ensure control, organization, and quality in logistics processes. **Responsibilities** * Perform system and/or spreadsheet entries related to inventory receipts, shipments, and movements; * Issue **CT-e, waybills, and other operational documents**; * Record and track incidents (damages, delays, discrepancies, and losses); * Monitor basic operational indicators (KPIs); * Support cargo control during loading and unloading; * Collaborate with Operational and Commercial departments to align requirements; * Handle requests and incidents promptly, clearly, and effectively. **Qualifications** * Experience in **Logistics or Transportation**; * Knowledge of logistics processes (receiving, warehousing, shipping, and distribution); * Experience with transportation documentation (**NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, waybills**); * Basic knowledge of logistics indicators; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)**. **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity; * Organization and attention to detail; * Teamwork; * Clear and objective communication; * Sense of responsibility; * Adaptability and resilience. **Education** * Completed high school; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable. **Experience** * Prior experience in logistics operations and/or transportation. **We Offer** * Dynamic and operational environment; * Opportunity for professional development; * Market-competitive remuneration; * Benefits aligned with the industry.
