Support the reduction of logistics costs Position: Logistics Assistant – Route Planning Focus Location: Limeira\-SP Employment Type: CLT Salary: R$2\.700,00 About the Position We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant with a focus on Route Planning** to join our team! This professional will be responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing delivery routes to ensure operational efficiency, cost reduction, and on-time delivery. Main Responsibilities: * Plan and optimize delivery and pickup routes; * Schedule vehicles and drivers on a daily basis; * Monitor deliveries and track performance indicators (KPIs); * Support the reduction of logistics costs (fuel, time, and mileage); * Interface with drivers, carriers, and the sales team; * Update logistics management systems and spreadsheets; * Resolve incidents related to delays and route issues. Requirements: * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in route planning and transportation scheduling; * Familiarity with logistics management systems (TMS experience is a plus); * Intermediate Excel skills; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Analytical and proactive mindset. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience handling high-volume deliveries; * Knowledge of route planning tools; * Experience working with logistics KPIs.
