Job Summary: Supervision/Coordination professional responsible for leading and developing a sales team, monitoring customer service, preparing performance reports, and identifying and prospecting strategic partnerships. Prospecting strategic partnerships and business opportunities. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM \+ Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Supervise and monitor the team’s progress regarding actions performed within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management); * Train and provide ongoing support for the development of the sales assistants under your supervision; * Monitor the team’s customer service performance toward external customers and potential customers via service channels; * Evaluate the team and provide feedback on service interactions and achieved results; * Prepare reports and present sales and team performance indicators and results under your supervision; Identify, prospect, and develop strategic partnerships with regional companies, creating business opportunities through agreements, benefits programs, and commercial activations. * **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with customer service tools and sales funnels. * Knowledge of customer acquisition strategies, sales, customer journey, and after-sales. * Proficiency in business management and commercial management. * Experience in team management and leadership; * Availability to work on Saturday mornings. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
