Job Description We are seeking a student to support and attend to corporate clients, updating CRM records, managing demands via e\-mail and tickets, and supporting sales and relationship teams. This position offers learning opportunities in administrative routines, customer service workflows, portfolio management, and interaction with IT teams of major companies. Responsibilities * Update information in the CRM and maintain organized records. * Manage email inbox and tickets via ticketing system. * Support corporate client service and track requests. * Identify business opportunities and forward them to the sales team. * Contribute to administrative routines and document organization. * Monitor automation and AI processes and tools. Requirements * Currently enrolled in Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, Commercial Management, Business Processes, or related fields. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn.
