Our team is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring training programs for employees and partners, ensuring everyone has access to the tools and knowledge needed to achieve their goals and contribute to the company’s growth. **The opportunity** The **Training and Development Intern** will support the execution and management of learning initiatives that strengthen MetLife’s culture of development. This role is essential to ensure our programs are well-organized, efficient, and impactful for employees in Brazil. This is a unique opportunity for those who wish to learn about corporate and commercial training management, work with digital platforms, and contribute to projects that develop people and transform careers. **To succeed in this role**, you must be organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills. The intern will support training logistics and update digital content.
