Document organization and registration updates **Responsibilities – After-Sales Intern (Automotive)** * Assist with after-sales customer service via phone and WhatsApp. * Support scheduling of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and mechanical services. * Support tracking of service orders. * Update registrations and record information in the internal system. * Assist with customer satisfaction surveys and monitoring of quality indicators. * Organize documents and files related to customer service interactions. * Assist in resolving customer inquiries and directing customer requests. **Desired Profile** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, or related fields. * Strong communication skills and organizational ability. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Proactive attitude. **We Offer:** Stipend: BRL 1,000.00 Transportation allowance Meal voucher Working hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Position type: Internship Contract duration: 12 months Compensation: BRL 1,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
