This is an opportunity for those who wish to learn HR hands-on—from benefits administration to endomarketing and culture initiatives. We offer a 2-year contract focused on development and a real possibility of permanent hiring. **\*Your Responsibilities (Tasks):\*** * \* Benefits Administration: Weekly management and top-ups of VT (Transportation Voucher), VC (Meal Voucher), and Caju Card (Food/Meal). * \* Onboarding: Managing new hires, initial top-ups, and supporting the Mentorship Program. * \* Employee Support: Daily assistance, answering questions, and managing Total Pass. * \* Recruitment & Selection (R\&S): Resume screening and administrative support in recruitment processes. * \* Endomarketing: Supporting internal communication content creation and planning. * \* Processes and Routines: Birthday tracking, offboarding checklists, and developing the department’s Procedures Manual and new processes. **\*Requirements and Desired Profile:\*** * \* Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (from the 2nd semester onward). * \* Profile: Someone who values processes, handles data carefully, and thrives in an organized environment. * \* Eagerness to learn, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset. **\*Contractual Information:\*** * Internship Stipend: BRL 1,000.00. * Contract Duration: 2 years (with a development plan). * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM (15-minute break). * Location: São Cristóvão – São José dos Pinhais/PR. **\*Benefits:\*** * VA or VR: BRL 17.50 per day (average monthly amount: BRL 367.50); * VT (Transportation Voucher) — as needed; * Total Pass and Workplace Gymnastics; * Career Path: Real possibility of permanent hiring upon completion of the program; * Free English Course and Frequent Training Sessions (Continuing Education); * Fresh breakfast at the office and coffee breaks; * Weekly snack every Thursday; * Birthday Day Off; * Recurring bonuses.
