Team collaboration and emotional intelligence The Full Attendance Assistant is responsible for receiving and directing visitors, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing information and guidance to patients. In addition, they assist in organizing and managing the company's appointment calendar, ensuring efficient and courteous service. They receive patients and provide support services. They consult and operate the company's system. They interact with other departments. They consult the list of business hours and schedules for various activities within the company. Basic computer skills (Office suite, emails, etc.). Updating the facility's database. Verifying identification documents. Maintaining patient data confidentiality. * Receive and direct patients to the corresponding departments * Answer telephone calls, screening and transferring them as needed * Schedule diagnostic examinations * Provide patients with accurate information and guidance regarding examinations, services, and procedures * Assist in organizing and managing the company's appointment calendar * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area * Collaborate with the team on patient-related activities * Uphold the company's image by maintaining professional and ethical conduct * Resolve departmental pending issues * Verify appointments, registrations, and data * Review medical requisitions and service records * Assist patients in completing forms * Provide patients with accurate information * Position patients correctly according to the examination type * Enter into the system measurements indicated by physicians and input modifications * Stay informed about internal memos * Communicate clearly, promptly, and concisely * Manage the examination delivery workflow, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in deliveries * Interact with patients, providing clear information and support—especially during sensitive or frustrating situations * Collaborate with technical staff to resolve equipment-related issues, minimizing operational impact * Maintain organization and control over documents and examination results * Proactively identify process improvements in the delivery workflow * Emotional intelligence: Ability to manage one’s own emotions and those of others—especially under pressure or conflict. Demonstrating empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm and professional when facing daily challenges involving patients or equipment malfunctions * Prior experience in public service or healthcare environments is an advantage * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
