Responsibilities and duties: * Deliver complete dashboards that automatically update HR metrics. * Document processes and generate weekly, monthly, and event-based reports. * Identify opportunities for improvement in data and processes. * Ensure data quality and accuracy in all deliverables. * Support the BPO team with actionable insights. Working hours: Monday to Friday, business hours.
