Job Description: A renowned dermatology medical and surgical clinic in Leblon is hiring a Customer Service Assistant. Concierge profile required. Main Requirements: Experience in customer service or related functions Experience handling objections and conversion techniques Experience with CRM systems Desirable Qualifications: - Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, high-end healthcare, or hospitality sectors will be considered an advantage. Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed); easy access to Leblon location.
