A company specializing in the management and operation of mobility infrastructure is seeking a Commercial Supervisor in Belém (Downtown).
**Responsibilities:**
Perform activities related to the Commercial Area, responsible for controlling and managing defined processes, and supporting the Commercial Coordination in administrative, operational, and commercial management routines, as well as implementing commercial policy at the tactical/operational level, and providing technical support inherent to the role. Report hierarchically to the Commercial Coordination and supervise Commercial Assistants and Commercial Auxiliaries in carrying out their activities. Engage in prospecting new revenue streams and contracts, as well as contract renewals, collaborating closely with the Commercial Assistant in these tasks. Keep the team motivated and committed to the company’s values. Support immediate superiors in developing their activities. Guide Commercial Assistant and Commercial Auxiliary teams in performing their duties. Manage commercial contracts. Manage payment compliance (issuance and regularization of payments). Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and perform general administrative and commercial tasks. Type letters and circulars. Monitor and update the Monthly Expense Report, Energy and Water Reimbursement Spreadsheet, and other commercial expense records. Monitor and update the Tenant Billing Spreadsheet. Analyze and propose improvements in the Commercial Area. Monitor issuance and dispatch of tenant invoices. Send, classify, and archive documents (via courier/mail/in-person). Safeguard administrative documents. Monitor and manage office supply inventory and procurement requests. Monitor and prepare tenant delinquency notifications. Develop commercial establishment checklists and monitor authorizations and services provided to commercial establishments. Conduct ongoing monitoring of commercial establishments, identifying and correcting potential irregularities within the Concession area. Accompany commercial visits, feedback regarding commercial notifications, and their resolution. Collaborate with the Finance Department in cases involving company registration in SERASA. Monitor and perform system entries, and respond to Commercial Area customer service inquiries (SAC). Monitor data and document receipt for lease contract preparation. Complete tenant documentation in lease contracts. Monitor and manage the dispatch, receipt, and control of lease contracts. Send commercial proposals. Monitor and authorize inspections at commercial premises, provided no specialized professional is required. Monitor and issue inspection reports for commercial premises when necessary and performed by a specialized employee. Notify tenants of any identified irregularities and monitor corrective action implementation. Deliver various notifications to commercial establishments and register them accordingly. Handle telephone and email communications regarding commercial matters. Receive user complaints and suggestions, assess them, and forward to the immediate superior. Guide staff to comply with company regulations, analyze possible changes, and inform the immediate superior. Participate in implementing and maintaining the company’s quality management system. Comply with, and ensure compliance with, all procedures and standards assigned to the area under the company’s quality system. Follow safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company; use of personal PPE is prohibited. Have clear and thorough knowledge of the company’s quality policy and Code of Conduct. Safeguard company assets. Perform other tasks related to the above, as determined by the immediate superior.
Completed higher education required. Relevant experience required.
