Support company registration, amendment, dissolution, and registry updates. Prepare and track filings with public agencies and commercial boards. Assist in routine tasks such as issuing certificates and ensuring compliance with legal and tax deadlines. Perform other duties within the department. Previous experience as a Paralegal Assistant, Legal Assistant, Law Firm Assistant, or Law Intern may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
