Collaboration in developing commercial strategies Junior Sales Assistant Position Description: We are looking for a Junior Sales Assistant to assist in executing commercial activities and serving customers. Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality customer service—demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills—either in-person or virtually. * Serve customers via telephone, web chat, email, and in-person interactions * Conduct sales negotiations, follow up on, and close deals for products and services * Update sales and customer records in the system * Handle address change registration and scheduling * Process registration of changes in account holdership * Collaborate with the sales team in developing commercial strategies * Support the marketing or external commercial team in initiatives promoting the AW Fibra brand and services Requirements: * Completed high school education * Prior sales experience is a plus * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Basic computer literacy * Ability to work effectively in a team
