The pre-sales assistant is the first person to speak with the company's customers; As we operate in the educational market, this professional contacts individuals who have registered to learn more about the Renda method. The role involves presenting our solution, clarifying questions, assessing whether the customer is interested and qualified to proceed with negotiations; Then scheduling a meeting for the sales representative to finalize the sale; This position is entirely communication-focused, involving frequent phone calls and video conferences throughout the day. Therefore, we seek someone who enjoys conversing, easily asks questions, naturally guides conversations, and feels comfortable speaking with new people. The initial compensation is R$ 1.900,00 fixed + R$ 300,00 variable, based on goal achievement. We are a company offering numerous growth opportunities; following the career plan, this compensation can reach R$ 3.200,00 within approximately one year; Additionally, monthly commercial campaigns provide opportunities to earn extra bonuses.
