We employ experienced and trained professionals capable of delivering the highest level of support and service to both internal and external customers, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. ⁣We seek a proactive, organized, disciplined, detail-oriented professional with initiative to solve problems and contribute to process improvement. **Responsibilities** * Provide in-person and telephone user support; * Perform computer and printer maintenance; * Support other departmental routines as needed; * Assist with network infrastructure maintenance; * Provide in-person and remote user support; * Hardware maintenance; * Knowledge of CCTV systems; * LAN and WAN networks; * Google Apps tools; * Corporate email configuration; * Remote access user configuration via VPN; * Level 1 support for the DMS SINC system; * Google Tools support: Training on Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed technical education or currently enrolled in a higher education program. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer maintenance and configuration.
