




We are looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Assistant to join our team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed, produced, and delivered on time, working directly with the sales, production, inventory, and transportation departments. Responsibilities Print orders and enter them into the production schedule; Monitor order deadlines and status with production; Plan and organize delivery routes; Contact and monitor transportation companies; Update inventory records and request restocking from the purchasing department; Issue and verify shipping documents (delivery manifests, labels, invoices); Provide the sales department with information regarding deadlines and deliveries; Support the overall organization of the company’s logistics routines. Monthly salary: R$ 3.000,00 Benefits: Transportation allowance, basic food basket, and cleaning supplies basket. On-site cafeteria, but employees must bring their own meals. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. Requirements Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics or Administration preferred); Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or administrative roles; Basic knowledge of Excel and management systems; Organization, responsibility, and strong communication skills; Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
