Job Description* Serve customers (in person or by phone), providing information and clarifying general questions regarding event organization. * Prepare commercial proposals based on predefined standards and conduct follow-up with customers to confirm the event. * Support the department in organizing events, maintaining contact with suppliers, overseeing administrative procedures, and arranging and verifying all required infrastructure (e.g., room setup, equipment testing, room supplies, coffee-break timing, etc.). * Provide full support/service to customers during the event. * Conduct post-sale activities, assessing customer satisfaction with delivered services. * Perform event check-in, account postings, and check-out. * Prepare service orders for all operational departments. * Implement area-specific “Self-Control” processes and procedures; * Apply food safety best practices relevant to the area; * Relay information between the contracting party and the end customer. * Coordinate room availability with the supervisor. * Manage restaurant availability for event services. * Carry out other related duties as required by the department.
