This position offers a real opportunity for professional development and growth, with potential for advancement based on performance, results, and functional maturity within an expanding structure. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Create, list, and optimize listings (photos, titles, and descriptions focused on conversion). * Conduct competitor research and monitor pricing and positioning. * Manage inventory via ERP and marketplace platforms, ensuring up-to-date balances and accurate stock control. * Operate the ERP system for product registration, updates, and movements. * Pick, verify, pack, and dispatch orders. * Generate shipping labels and monitor dispatch deadlines. * Configure categories, listing types, and shipping options on platforms. * Monitor account reputation and marketplace performance indicators. * Track metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and product turnover. * Provide professional customer service (answering inquiries, messages, exchanges, and returns). * Utilize AI tools to optimize product descriptions and enhance productivity. * Support sponsored advertising campaigns and suggest commercial and operational improvements. ***Mandatory Requirements:*** * Experience in online sales or marketplace operations. * Basic knowledge of ERP systems. * Strong writing and communication skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Comfort with technology and digital tools. ***Desirable Requirements (Advantages):*** * Experience with ERP systems or other marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, Magalu, TikTok, etc.) * Familiarity with sponsored advertising (Mercado Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads) * Experience managing proprietary e-commerce platforms (Wix, Shopify, etc.) * Knowledge of pricing strategies considering margin and logistics costs * Familiarity with applying Artificial Intelligence to work tasks ***Behavioral Profile:*** * Organization and attention to detail * Sense of responsibility toward deadlines and outcomes * Analytical mindset to track sales and competition * Agility and sense of urgency in customer service and operations * Proactivity in suggesting improvements * Ability to handle high product volumes while maintaining standards **We accept candidates from the following locations: Guaratinguetá, Aparecida, Potim, Roseira, and Moreira César.** **Do you identify with this opportunity?
