**Position: RHK461 - Comex Assistant** **Contract: CLT - In-person** **Location: Cerquilho / SP** **Schedule**: Monday from 07:45 to 17:45 - Tuesday to Friday from 07:45 to 17:30 **Salary**: BRL 2,000.00 to BRL 3,000.00 (to be defined with the employer) **Benefits**: Shuttle transportation, Health Plan, Dental Plan, Life Insurance, Private Pension, On-site cafeteria, Profit Sharing (PLR), and Pharmacy Network: System Farma **Mission**: Ensure agile and accurate execution of import and export processes, guaranteeing cost, delivery time, and effective communication among all parties involved. **Responsibilities**: Receive import requests, request quotations, and send purchase orders; Follow up orders with suppliers; Obtain international freight quotations, analyze, and present best cost options; Send customs clearance instructions to the broker; Keep orders updated in the system; Issue import and export invoices; Quote and contract road transportation; Communicate with internal customers regarding import status; Perform closing of imports and exports; Receive export orders and forward them to PCP; Keep customers informed about the expected readiness date; **Requirements**: Reside in Cerquilho / SP Education: Completed or pursuing a degree in International Trade Experience in Foreign Trade; Management Systems (ERP); Quotation and Negotiation; Documentation and Customs Clearance Advanced English and desirable Spanish.
