The professional will be responsible for client service, supporting new student enrollment initiatives, and contributing to sales targets—ensuring excellent service and strengthening relationships with prospective students. Main Responsibilities * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Conduct new student enrollment and prospecting; * Present courses, clarify doubts, and conduct negotiations; * Process enrollments and oversee the entire commercial process; * Carry out external promotional and enrollment activities when required; * Monitor leads and customers to increase sales conversion; * Enter and update commercial information in systems; * Assist in organizing unit promotional campaigns and activities; * Contribute to achieving individual and team goals; * Maintain courteous and consultative client relationships. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Experience in commercial roles, sales, or customer service; * Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; * Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge; * Availability to participate in external enrollment activities.
