Responsibilities and Duties * Qualify leads; * Organize and record customer information in the CRM; * Support initial itinerary and quotation preparation; * Research flight, hotel, and service options as instructed; * Assist in sending proposals and following up with customers; * Monitor ongoing negotiations alongside the agent; * Update systems with customer interaction and opportunity data; * Support organizing campaigns, promotions, and commercial materials; * Continuously learn about destinations, products, and commercial processes. Requirements and Qualifications * Organization and attention to detail; * Ability to handle multiple streams of information simultaneously; * Focus for meticulous checking and reviewing tasks; * Clear communication and strong writing skills; * Proficiency in typing and using email, systems, and Microsoft Office; * Proactivity and initiative in handling daily tasks; * Genuine desire to learn and develop within the commercial field; * Commitment to quality, deadlines, and responsible customer service. Desirable Qualifications * Prior experience in commercial operations or customer service; * Genuine interest in travel, tourism, and personalized service.
