Job Summary: A professional responsible for public-facing service, supporting the commercial team, and optimizing CRM and communication channel workflows, contributing to Unifeob's mission of transforming lives through education. We recognize and value our team and our space. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital (chat, WhatsApp, and e\-mail) customer service; * Support the commercial consultants team by organizing requests, tracking leads, and ensuring correct execution of commercial workflows; * Plan, structure, and configure CRM workflows, including contact cadences (WhatsApp, e\-mail, and tasks); * Configure and optimize communication workflows for the customer service bot (Infobip); * Execute segmented campaigns via e\-mail and WhatsApp; * Monitor and optimize the sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in the conversion process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data processing and analysis); * Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management; * Experience with Looker Studio or other BI tools is a plus. **Additional Information** Contributing to our mission of transforming lives through education requires resources and conditions that enable better living and working—therefore, we welcome and care for our team by offering benefits that support personal and professional growth, including: * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Study incentives; * Birthday day\-off.
