Job Summary: A professional to work as a Commercial Assistant, responsible for lead engagement and follow-up, social media management, negotiation, and sales closing. Key Highlights: 1. Commercial proposal presentation and negotiation facilitation This position is intended for professionals with a completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields, proficiency in social media, and experience in sales and customer service, to work as a Commercial Assistant in Belém \- PA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Engage and follow up with leads interested in courses; * Administer and respond to interactions on the company's social media platforms; * Present commercial proposals and conduct negotiations; * Close sales; * Update customer information in the system; * Report the status of engagements and negotiations to the Commercial Supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.); * Prior experience as a commercial assistant, in sales, or in customer service; * Experience in the education sector is a plus. **Additional Information** Employment type: CLT; Fixed salary; Work schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM) and Saturday (8 AM to 12 PM); Health insurance plan (Humanas, co-payment); Daily meal allowance (partial company subsidy); Transportation voucher.
