Contacting clients to collect required information Job Description We seek a professional to work in a generalist capacity supporting the brokerage's commercial and administrative activities, assisting with client service, insurance quotations, and internal routine organization. Responsibilities and Duties * Prepare insurance quotations with insurance companies * Support new business acquisition, including client prospecting and offering products such as insurance and consortia * Contact clients to collect necessary information for quotations and proposals * Support the submission and follow-up of commercial proposals * Assist in registering clients and proposals in insurance companies' systems * Support policy renewal follow-up * Monitor policy installments, identify potential pending items, and contact clients when necessary * Organize documents and information related to contracts. Requirements and Qualifications * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Collaborative and proactive attitude; * Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
