Sou Coluna is looking for Commercial Assistants with a welcoming, proactive, and sales-oriented profile to work at the unit’s reception desk. You will be our patients’ first point of contact — and that makes all the difference! Your responsibilities: * Receive patients with attention, care, and friendliness; * Clearly and persuasively explain our treatments and plans; * Schedule, reschedule, and manage the unit’s appointment calendar; * Monitor plan closures and assist in achieving commercial goals; * Maintain an organized and functional reception area; * Support the team and ensure a welcoming experience from start to finish. What we seek in you: * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and responsibility; * A commercial mindset, focused on goals and plan closures; * Organizational skills and agility in customer service; * Prior experience in sales, reception, or public-facing roles is desirable; * Commitment, punctuality, and eagerness to grow alongside the team. Job Details: * Working Hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (Mon–Fri); 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (Sat, rotating); * Salary: R$ 2.280,00 to R$ 3.500,00; * Employment Type: CLT + VT + VA (R$440) + performance-based bonuses; * Comprehensive training on the Sou Coluna methodology; * A welcoming environment with real development opportunities.
